LOWER CHILLAND COTTAGE, ITCHEN ABBAS

This property was originally two separate semi-detached houses which had been combined previously. This left it with a very awkward layout throughout.

A new front porch extension created a central covered clear front door area with connection to a new double height staircase and utility.

An orangery rear extension allowed for a large light dining area off of the new kitchen, with a small snug making use of the darker space with a. cosy fireplace.

A detached garage extension provided plenty of storage and a useful area for new solar panels
