A single storey wrap around extension, to open up the ground floor whilst adding footprint for extra spaces were the objective for this house.

The new side area allowed for a new downstairs WC and side access to new utility.

Whilst the rear elements helped create one large kitchen living dining area full connected to the large garden and terrace area.

This provided the clients with a large bright open space which flows freely with the much used garden.
