WINDON LODGE, PARK GATE

An existing outdated single story bungalow was extended in every direction to create a new 6 bedroom family home.

A three storey front extension made use of the change in level to create level access to the house from the driveway, whilst utilising dark space for boot storage and a gym.

 

Rebuilding the entire roof with a. rear facing dormer doubled the footprint of the house to allow for more bedrooms and better aspect outward.

 

Full floor plan redesign across the ground floor helped to create a level open plan central area to the house with flexibility of open sided fireplace and light through a fully glazed staircase area.
